  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • cold water - 1 c
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
  • light cream or 1 pt - 2 c

How to make ice cream:

Mix ingredients well and freeze in 1/2 gallon ice cream freezer. Makes 1/2 gallon.

For chocolate: Add 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate to milk and heat over boiling water.
