Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- barbecue sauce - 3/4 c
- can refrigerated biscuits - 1 oz
How to make barbecue cups:
Brown beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients except biscuits. Roll biscuits on floured board; press into an ungreased muffin cup, making sure dough goes up to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
