Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla extract
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- salad oil
- bananas - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- Add eggs and salad oil; stir until dry ingredients are moistened
How to make hummingbird cake:
Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and salad oil; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, nuts, pineapple and bananas.
