  • white sugar - 1/3 c
  • shortening Crisco - 1/2 c
  • lukewarm water - 1 (high
  • egg white unbeaten - 1 item

How to make hot rolls:

Make up like biscuit dough. Put in the refrigerator 1 hour or overnight to cool. Pinch off what you want to roll out. Put a little oil in pan. Cut out as biscuits. Flip over in oil. Let rise 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size. Cook in 450° oven until brown.
