  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 2 c

How to make hot milk cake:

Beat eggs and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Heat milk and butter or margarine until the butter is melted. Add to mixture. Add vanilla and beat 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350° for approximately 1 hour.

Make thick glaze from powdered sugar and water. Drizzle over hot cake.
