- French vanilla instant pudding
- cold milk - 3 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- chocolate frosting - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Mix pudding and milk until the pudding slightly thickens. Add cream cheese, beat until mixed. Fold in Cool Whip. Line oblong pan with whole graham crackers; add pudding mix and continue to alternate layers, ending with graham crackers on top. Cover with favorite chocolate frosting or chocolate fudge sauce.Refrigerate until firm. (May also be frozen.)
