sugar - 1 c
eggs - 2 item
salt - 1/8 tsp
flour - 1 c
butter - 1 Tbsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
hot milk - 1/2 c

How to make hot milk cake:

Beat eggs until light and thick. Slowly add sugar and beat 2 1/2 minutes. Fold sifted dry ingredients into egg and sugar mixture all at once.

Melt butter in hot milk and add all at once. The folding in of dry ingredients and adding of hot milk should only take one minute. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
