hot dogs
small onion, diced - 1 item
medium potatoes, cubed - 6 item
salt if desired - 1 item
to 1 can water - 1/2 item
clove garlic, diced and chopped - 1 item
cabbage as much as potatoes - 1 item

How to make hot dog stew:

Brown hot dogs in oil, onions and garlic also. Add tomato sauce and water. Let simmer until desired thickness. Add cabbage 1/2 hour before you add potatoes. Add all ingredients and cook until potatoes are done. Keep ingredients covered while cooking cabbage, then uncovered for potatoes and rest of ingredients.
