Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 oz
- croutons - 1 item
- cooked, sliced carrots - 4 c
- chopped onion, sauteed in 3 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make carrot casserole:
Mix cooked carrots, onion, cheese and can of celery soup, diluted with 1/3 cup milk. Put into a 2-quart casserole. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of herbed seasoned salad croutons. Mix well; let stand a few minutes toRecipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
