  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • hot water - 1 c
  • sq - 2 oz

How to make hot chocolate:

Heat chocolate and water over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Add sugar and salt. Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk gradually; heat slowly just to boiling. Beat with rotary beater. Serve.
