Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs, diced - 4 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- cooked chicken, chopped - 2 c
- cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Remove. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
