Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- monosodium glutamate - 1/2 tsp
- crushed potato chips
- onion, finely minced - 1 tsp
- hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 4 item
- chopped toasted almonds - 2/3 c
- cooked chicken, cut in chunks - 4 c
- small jar pimento pieces - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients except cheese, chips and almonds. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Top with remaining ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 400° oven for 25 minutes. Bake at 375° for Pyrex.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
