  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • milk - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • garlic - 1/4 tsp
  • jar dried beef - 1 1/2

How to make hot cheese spread:

Mix ingredients in mixer, cream cheese, sour cream and milk; add cut up dried beef, garlic, salt and pepper. Put in shallow pie pan. Brown 3/4 cup chopped pecans in 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle pecans on top and bake 15 minutes at 350°.
