Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- crisp fried bacon - 1/2 lb
- chopped and drained tomatoes - 1/2 c
- drained chopped pimentos - 1/4 c
How to make hot cheese dip:
This recipe is usually doubled, because it goes fast.Chop beef and crumble bacon. Add cheese and drained pimento, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Mix and place in casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with Pepperidge Farm toast.
