Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 1
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- large onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- herb stuffing
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach, drain and press out as much excess moisture as possible. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. (Can be frozen at this point.) Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
