  • pkg - 2 oz
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 1
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • large onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • herb stuffing

How to make spinach balls:

Cook spinach, drain and press out as much excess moisture as possible. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. (Can be frozen at this point.) Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
