Hot bean and cheese dip
Ingredients/Components
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- instant minced onion - 1 tsp
- shredded sharp American cheese - 1 c
- can condensed bean with bacon soup - 1 1/2
- corn chips or tortilla chips - 1 item
- finely chopped canned green chili peppers - 1/4 c
How to make hot bean and cheese dip:
In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until heated through. Transfer to fondue pot or small chafing dish. Keep warm over fondue or chafing dish burner. Add water to thin, as necessary. Serve with chips. Makes about 2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beans, North american.
