Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• flour - 4 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• ginger - 1/2 tsp
• raisins - 1/2 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• honey - 1 c
• allspice - 1 tsp
• strong coffee - 1 c

How to make honey cake:

Dissolve the baking soda in the coffee. Beat the eggs and add sugar and honey. Add dry ingredients. Also add the raisins and nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350° about 1 hour.
