- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
How to make homemade potato chips:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly grease a nonstick baking sheet. Arrange the potato slices in 1 layer on the baking sheet and bake, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes or until golden brown.In a small bowl, combine the cheese and paprika and sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes. Bake 5 minutes more. Let cool and transfer to a serving dish. Makes about 2 cups or 120 chips. Serves 4 to 6. Has 0 g fat.
