- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- egg whites - 6 item
- nonfat dry milk - 2 Tbsp
How to make homemade egg substitute:
Beat egg whites lightly. Add remaining ingredients and blend well together. Makes 4 quarter cup servings. Can be stored in refrigerator for one week if eggs are fresh. After this it can be frozen.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low Carb, Healthy 2.
