- buttermilk - 1 c
- margarine - 1 lb
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
How to make homemade butter:
Soften margarine at room temperature. Pour in buttermilk and Wesson oil. Whip with mixer, then put butter in container. Can freeze. Delicious on baked potatoes or toast.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
