- pkg - 2 oz
- stick butter or oleo - 1/2 item
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- stack Ritz crackers - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli-cheese casserole:
Cool broccoli. Drain and chop. Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour over broccoli. Melt butter. Mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Broccoli.
