Holiday sweet potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• oleo - 1/2 c
• ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
• sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced - 6 item
• marshmallows for topping - 1 item

How to make holiday sweet potatoes:

Add oleo to hot potatoes. Combine with next 6 ingredients in blender or mixer. Place mixture in greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows during last 10 minutes of cooking.
