  • vanilla
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • slightly beaten eggs - 5 item
  • sweet potatoes

How to make holiday sweet potato casserole:

Mash potatoes. Stir in butter or margarine. Beat the eggs, sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Turn into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Return to oven until marshmallows are golden brown, about 10 minutes more.
