Holiday meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- medium onion, minced - 1/2 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- ground pork sausage - 1 lb
- ground venison - 1 lb
How to make holiday meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together. Pat out meat, one-inch thick, onto cutting board. Cut into one-inch cubes. Roll cubes into balls. Place onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes or until browned. Drain on paper towels. Meatballs may be frozen or served at this point.Serve with the following sauce: equal parts of ketchup and grape jelly melted in saucepan.
Do not add sauce until ready to serve. When ready to serve, simmer meatballs in sauce. Makes approximately 6 dozen.
