Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- Bisquick - 3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped, fully cooked, smoked ham
- prepared spicy mustard - 2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese 16 oz - 4 c
How to make holiday ham balls:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch). Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes about 7 dozen appetizers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Ham.
