- large box Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- large jar chopped pimientos - 1 item
How to make pimiento cheese:
Cut Velveeta into small pieces. Add pimientos and most of liquid. Add enough mayonnaise to mix well. Use potato masher to mix until smooth and creamy. Add mayonnaise as needed.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
