- medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- medium potato, sliced for French fries - 1 item
- small carrot, sliced in thin rounds - 1 item
- ground beef patty or small steak - 1 item
How to make hobo dinner:
Note: Need one piece aluminum foil, 12 x 15-inches.Place meat on foil, then onion, salt and pepper. Next, add carrot and potato. Close foil and bake 1 hour at 375°.
