Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- small green pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Boil carrots until tender. Layer carrots, onions and peppers. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over carrots and refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
