  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
  • carrots, sliced - 4 item
  • Dash
  • medium potatoes, quartered - 4 item
  • medium onions, quartered - 4 item

How to make hobo dinner:

Shape beef into patties on a large sheet of aluminum foil in a large baking pan. Top with vegetables. Season with butter and other seasonings. Wrap foil over the top and crimp closed. Cook at 375° for 1 hour.
