How to make ho ho cake:
Filling:5 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 c. milk1 c. sugar1/2 c. margarine1/2 c. shortening Icing:1/4 lb. margarine1 egg1 tsp. vanilla3 (1 oz.) melted chocolate2 1/2 tsp. hot water1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar Bake cake in jellyroll pan; cool. Cook flour and milk until thick; cool. Cream sugar, margarine and shortening together; combine with cooled flour mixture. Spread filling on cooled cake; put in freezer for 1 hour.Icing: Combine margarine, egg, vanilla, melted chocolate, hot water and confectioners sugar. Spread carefully on cake doing sides first. Refrigerate.
