  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 tsp
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1 lb
  • lemon extract - 2 tsp
  • cake flour sifted 3 times - 3 c
  • eggs added to sugar and butter - 6 item
  • Be sure to fill pan only 3/4 full and grease and flour pan; tube pan is best

How to make pound cake:

Place in cold oven at 325° and bake for 2 hours or less. Be sure to fill pan only 3/4 full and grease and flour pan; tube pan is best.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar2 tsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Drizzle on top when cake is cold.
