Hearty hamburger soup

Ingredients/Components

salt
water - 4 c
pepper - 1/4 tsp
chopped celery - 1/2 c
ground beef - 1 lb
dried oregano - 1/4 tsp
medium onion, chopped - 1 item
medium carrots, sliced - 3 item
medium potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 item
beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
can diced tomatoes undrained - 1 1/2
cut fresh or frozen green beans - 1 c

How to make hearty hamburger soup:

In a large saucepan, brown beef. Drain. Add the next 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender. Add beans. Cover and simmer 15 minutes longer or until the beans are tender. Yield: 8 servings.
