Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • flour all-purpose - 3/4 c
  • stick margarine, softened - 1/2 item
  • Egg Beaters - 1/2 c
  • quick-cooking oats, uncooked

How to make healthy cookies:

Beat margarine with electric mixer. Gradually add sugars; beat well after each addition. Add Egg Beaters and vanilla. Mix. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda and oats. Gradually add to bowl of other ingredients, stirring well after each addition. Stir in raisins. Spray cookie sheets with vegetable oil spray. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Let cool.
