- bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
- envelope dry onion soup mix Lipton - 1 item
- large chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned if desired - 3 item
- jar apricot-pineapple jam or 1/2 jar each - 1 oz
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Place chicken in a greased, 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
