Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- hash browns - 1 pkg
- cornflakes, crumbed - 1/2 c
How to make hash browns:
Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Potato.
