- hash browns, thawed
- Longhorn cheese, grated - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Grease casserole. Place a layer of potatoes, then layer of cheese. Alternate, ending with cheese. Can top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
