- melted butter - 1/4 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- Ritz cracker crumbs
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Combine all remaining ingredients and put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread cracker crumbs and butter over casserole. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
