  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • fresh diced apples or peaches - 4 c

How to make harvest cake:

Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Mix apples/peaches with sugar and let stand one hour. Sift flour, soda and spices. Beat eggs, add salt and vanilla. Add fruit mixture with egg mixture. Combine flour mixture with fruit
