- sugar - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- beet juice - 3 Tbsp
- can beets - 1 lb
How to make harvard beets:
Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Add vinegar and beet juice. Stir until thick, stirring constantly. Add beets, butter and salt to taste.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
