Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- water - 1 c
- white corn syrup - 1 c
- ??? 4x powdered sugar - 1/2 item
- cinnamon oil - 1 tsp
- Dissolve sugar and boil to 300° on low to medium heat
- maple - 1 tsp
- orange - 2 tsp
- lemon
- peppermint
How to make hard candy:
Combine sugar, water and syrup in a saucepan. Dissolve sugar and boil to 300° on low to medium heat. Add flavoring and stir. Pour out on a sheet of buttered tinfoil. Make a print with knife of the shape you desire while candy is still hot. Break apart when cool.
