  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onions, chopped - 3 item
  • large can V-8 juice - 1 item
  • cans cream of celery soup, undiluted - 2 3/4

How to make hamburger soup:

Brown the beef in microwave oven. Place in a crock-pot with the other ingredients and cook on low while at work. Delicious over rice.
