Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
How to make hamburger goulash:
Brown ground beef. Add onions and drain. Add corn, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover with grated cheese before baking, if desired.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, One Dish meal.
