  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • chopped pimento - 1/4 c
  • Accent - 1/2 tsp
  • whole kernel corn - 12 oz

How to make hamburger corn casserole:

Lightly brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Stir in 3 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained. Pour into 3-quart casserole pan. Mix 2 cups bread cubes in 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. This recipe will serve 12 people.
