Hamburger corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 1/4 c
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- whole kernel corn - 12 oz
How to make hamburger corn casserole:
Lightly brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Stir in 3 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained. Pour into 3-quart casserole pan. Mix 2 cups bread cubes in 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
