Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • pimento - 1/4 c
  • buttered bread crumbs - 1 c
  • hamburger, browned and drained
  • cooked noodles - 3 c

How to make hamburger casserole:

Combine all ingredients. Place in a 3-quart casserole and top with 1 cup buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a 350° oven until crumbs are browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
