Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- lean ground pork - 1 lb
- lean ground ham - 1 lb
How to make ham loaf:
Mix thoroughly ham, pork, eggs, cracker crumbs, milk and pepper. Form into a loaf and bake in ungreased pan. Stir together mustard, brown sugar, water and vinegar. Pour over loaf and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Baste while baking.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
