- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground pork
- ground ham - 1 lb
How to make ham loaf:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into loaf (12 x 4 x 2-inches) in baking pan 9 x 13-inches.Blend sugar, vinegar, water and mustard. Pour over loaf. Bake 2 hours, basting occasionally. Serve remaining sauce over ham loaf. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
