Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/3 c
  • prune juice - 3 Tbsp
  • cider vinegar, or - 3 Tbsp
  • cooking wine, or - 3 Tbsp

How to make ham glaze:

Choose one of the three liquids (vinegar, wine or prune juice), and add to other ingredients. Mix all ingredients together and add to ham before baking. Use cloves and pineapple slices if desired.
