Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground ham
- ground fresh pork
- bread crumbs fine - 2 c
How to make ham balls:
Syrup:1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water1 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. dry mustard Mix well. Makes 17 to 20 small balls. Put in Pyrex pan. Leave with syrup. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I cover with foil and remove last 1/2 hour of baking.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
