  • pkg - 8 oz
  • mayo - 1/4 c
  • ground ham or 2 tins - 2 c
  • chopped parsley - 2 tsp
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • hot sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped walnuts or crushed soda crackers - 1/2 c

How to make ham ball:

Mix cheese and mayo. Stir in next 4 items; mix well and chill. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts or crushed crackers. Store in fridge until ready to use.
