Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 pt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 pt
- sliced pared potatoes - 4 c
- sprig parsley, minced - 1 item
- sliced pared carrots - 1 c
- sliced peeled onions - 1/2 c
- sliced uncooked ham 1/2-inch thick
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Cut the ham into pieces large enough for individual servings. Arrange ham, potatoes, onions, parsley and carrots in layers in a Dutch oven with some of the flour sprinkled on each layer.
